1. Legal advice on matters pertaining to various fields of law (civil, commercial, administrative, criminal, banking, trading, corporate, insurance, investment, intellectual property, properties, labor, employment and emigration, taxes, bankruptcy, securities, religion, etc.).
2. Drafting legal acts such as appeals / administrative / criminal requests, civil / administrative lawsuits, appeals, recourses, against court decisions, prosecution, public administration, etc.;
3. Representation at all levels and levels of the judiciary, inside and outside the country;

Legal advice and assistance to commercial companies starting from their establishment and following their commercial activity, through the drafting of the statute, founding act, keeping the minutes of the meetings of the assembly of shareholders / partners, the supervisory board, board of directors, drafting decisions of the governing bodies of companies, internal regulations, legal assistance in the field of labor law (drafting employment contracts (individual / collective), following court proceedings, advising on removal procedures from work in cases of individual / collective vacations, etc.);
11. Legal advice of foreign investors for the opening of branches, representative offices, companies in order to invest in the Republic of Albania, as well as advising Albanian investors to invest, build trade relations abroad.
12. Advising and following the procedures for issuing permits, licenses, etc., for exercising commercial activities;
13. Advice in the field of copyright, registration of trademarks and patents at the relevant institutions, etc. Legal assistance for the establishment of non-profit organization, through counseling, drafting of necessary acts, representation in court, other institutions, etc.
