As the Managing Partner of Benzakour Law Firm, Rachid brings over two decades of legal experience and a strong background in both business law and dispute resolution. He was ranked first among 7,000 candidates in the Moroccan National Bar Exam (2000) and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law (Magistère DESS-DJCE) from the University of Montpellier, France. He also completed an exchange program at the University of Gainesville, Florida (U.S.A.), gaining valuable international exposure.
Rachid serves as an Arbitrator before the Moroccan Court of Arbitration and collaborates regularly with foreign law firms and international companies. His work spans from assisting foreign investment projects in Morocco to representing clients in complex litigation. His expertise, combined with his international outlook, ensures clients receive practical, strategic, and globally informed legal solutions.
