• Chinese companies for the preparation of the legal due diligence report and secured financing for hydropower projects established in Nepal.
• Market entry of Korean business incubation-related company, Chinese electric automobile assembling company.
• A Singapore based company having foreign investment in Nepal in relation to Compulsory Liquidation.
• Drafting legal opinions on various sectors including loan investment, start-up businesses, educational licensing, intellectual property, corporate and labor law matters,
• Advise on market entry of various FDI Companies in Nepal including the companies of UK, USA, Korea, Japan etc.
• Various multinational companies in relation to trademarks and other intellectual property matters in Nepal.
• Multinational companies in the process of liquidation and market exit.
• Drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, loan agreements, shareholders agreement, service agreements, commercial lease agreements, etc.
• Conducting research on the World Bank Group's Business Ready (B-READY) project.
