• Drafting and filing petitions in relation to various corporate disputes.
• Drafting various commercial contracts including share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, loan agreements, shareholders agreement, service agreements, commercial lease agreements.
• Chinese companies for the preparation of the legal due diligence report and secured financing for hydropower projects established in Nepal.
• Advise on market entry of various FDI Companies in Nepal including the companies of UK, USA, Korea, Japan etc.
