Büdding Legal

These values are very important to us:

responsiveness

As a small, independent law firm, we are flexible and always able to stay in touch with our clients using modern and mobile means of communication. Emails are usually answered on the same day. We know that for many of our clients it is important to react quickly to new situations - often within hours. For example, some offers can only be accepted or rejected immediately, a deadline must often be set or met immediately, and the text of a contract must be checked at short notice. We are always available for you - even at the weekend if necessary - and will help you to make the right decisions – quickly, but carefully.

competence and experience

Due to the many years of experience of the law firm founder Udo Büdding as a German and Californian lawyer (Attorney at Law) and his special training in international law ("Master of Laws in International Legal Studies", Golden Gate University, San Francisco), we can offer you cross-legal advice for who otherwise often use the services of large international law firms, as only they usually have the appropriate resources. We offer you international service at “regional” conditions, ie affordable hourly rates.

Assertiveness and success orientation

We see ourselves as your lawyer in the truest sense of the word (according to the Duden dictionary) - as an "advocate" and "advocate of a cause". We are committed and energetic in contract negotiations - in German and English - or in court for the interests of our clients, without neglecting professional manners and principles of fairness. The success of your request is our top priority.

personal service

With us you will be looked after personally and individually. You will not find constantly changing associates assigned to your “account” with us.

cost efficiency

We value a lean and efficient cost structure and are happy to pass on the cost savings that we achieve thanks to our office organization to our clients. In deviation from the fees of the Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG), which we believe are outdated, we usually agree an hourly fee with our clients that is appropriate to the degree of difficulty and the effort of the respective mandate and is in fair proportion to the desired result. We calculate the expected scope of an order in advance and, if desired, make a framework agreement that sets an upper cost limit. In some cases, we also agree on flat-rate fees for certain projects. In this way, the costs remain transparent and manageable for the client. Talk to us.
