She played a pivotal role in facilitating real estate investments in Greater China, Europe, and Cambodia. Her vast experience in capital markets, coupled with her robust relationships with global investors and elite clientele, has led to significant real estate transactions in regions like Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Between 2004 and 2019, Denise served at notable institutions including AIG Securities Investment Trust Co., Ltd, Xianglin Building, Hanbilou Hotel, and Ruijin Capital International Management Co., Ltd.

Currently, Denise is a Business Partner at CACC Law Office, overseeing real estate and investment exchange services between Cambodia and Taiwan. Her expertise isn't limited to real estate; she's also deeply involved in investment banking, with a keen focus on IPO and M&A transactions. Denise's portfolio includes over 10 significant transactions spanning sectors like real estate development, hotel mall management, and biotech medicine.
