Cesar Guillermo Meraz Gutierrez

Mr. Meraz obtained his Bachelor in Law degree from ITESM Tec de Monterrey; and his Master in Laws (LL.M.) degree from NYU School of Law with a certificate in Law and Business from NYU Stern Business School.

He worked as a Law Clerk in the Federal Tax Court in Mexico, and subsequently as Associate in the renowned law firm Sanchez DeVanny Eseverri, S.C. in the Tax and Wealth Management practices. Before becoming a partner in Carbino Legal,  he worked as a Law Clerk in the Supreme Court of New York.

Admitted to the New York Bar (2019).

NYSBA member of the Corporate and Tax Commissions; as well as member of the Young Lawyers, Corporate and Tax commissions of the Mexican Bar Association in Nuevo León.
