Luis Fernando is an experienced attorney that specializes in intellectual property law. He has served as in-house counsel for multinational companies such as Quala and RSA Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance. He was also a senior attorney at Pinzón Pinzón & Associates and general counsel for the Sanitary Registration Direction of the National Institute of Food and Drug Monitoring (INVIMA, by its Spanish acronym). Luis Fernando was also Head of the Trademark Opposition and Cancellation Group of the Superintendent’s Office of Industry and Trade (Colombian IPO).
