Ronald JJ Wong believes that lawyering is about serving people to bring justice, well-being and peace.

Formerly from a big four firm, he handles commercial disputes and advises on transactions. He has advised and represented institutional and individual clients in a broad range of disputes including international multimillion-dollar investment claims, corporate shareholder disputes, construction disputes, employment disputes, insolvency-related claims, and competition law litigation.

He also advises corporations and startups alike on commercial transactions, investments, acquisitions and legal issues arising from innovative technology, including artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, token sales, data management, intellectual property, and digital payments.

He is also a Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) Accredited Mediator and is available for appointment as mediator for various types of disputes.

He was listed in Asia Business Law Journal 2018 & 2019, A-List Singapore’s Top 100 Lawyers. He has been lauded “as very sound, very calm, very clever and a great advocate”. He was attached to South Square Chambers, a leading set of English commercial and insolvency law barristers in London. He also advocates for social justice and acts pro bono for marginalized persons. He serves as a Trial Advocacy tutor in the National University of Singapore (NUS) Law Faculty.
