- Advising Vietnam National Coal, Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (VINACOMIN) on project documentation of the coal-fired BOT power project
- Advising J-Power on the legal framework of private-public partnership and renewal energy projects
- Advising Compal Electronics on setting up the investment project in Vinh Phuc province with the total investment value of US$500 million which was one of the largest foreign investment projects of Vietnam in 2007
