Nancy is a solo lawyer who concentrates her practice in intellectual property, business law and bankruptcy matters. She runs Delain Law Office, PLLC as a virtual law practice with a physical presence in Schenectady New York.
Nancy graduated from Smith College with her bachelor's degree (1978), from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with her master's degree (1980), and from Franklin Pierce Law Center, now part of the University of New Hampshire, with her J.D. (2003). She has been practicing law in New York's Capital District since February, 2004.
She is admitted to practice in all courts in New York State, in the US District Court for the Northern District of New York, in the US Courts of Appeals for the Second and Federal Circuits, in the US Supreme Court, and before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
