Atty. Jan Paulo DL. Dino earned his Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Santo Tomas' Faculty of Civil Law and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2009. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Business Administration, from the same institution.

Before becoming a founding partner of his own firm, Atty. Dino began his legal career at one of the country's fastest-growing law firms in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. His expertise spans labor, corporate, and commercial law, enabling him to advise and assist both domestic and foreign clients in various stages of their business operations. He has extensive experience handling company registrations, ensuring compliance with key regulatory agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Board of Investments (BOI), and numerous local government units.
