We, DDC, Dong Du International Accounting, Taxes & Legal Consulting Group HCMC Vietnam have worked with the clients, especially Japanese around 100 firms for over 10 years. And we have network of law firms, therefore, we also have corporated with network to provide the basic and advanced profesional service in making and review contract for our client's requriements. because we developed our businesses from accounting, taxes and internal control fields. Hence, we are strongly in accounting, taxes adn finance. We are providing the service of making and review the client's required contracts based on risk management to optimize the client's work performance as much as possible. Detailly, when making and review the client's contracts , we are tending to focus on business risk, tax risk within the clients operating in Vietnam.
Accounting & Auditing
We have started businesses from 2009 and providing the services of bookkeeping, tax report & tax finalization. Recently, we have also provided the advanced services of arrange the correct tax treatment for the enterprises. helping them to arrange the suitable tax treatment in personal income tax, company income tax and foreign contract tax… to optimize their work performance well in practice. Moreover, we also support them the arrange the tax planning for their project managments when requiring.

We have the network of CPAs and lawyers in practice. Therefore, we care confident suppporting several clients coming and working at Vietnam, especially Ho Chi Minh city. For a long time working at HCMC Vietnam, We have already built the closed members network to support us to satisfy our customer's requests. In details, we are working with FDIs mostly, especially Japanese FDis. Therefore, they often have special requirements to submit their registration of work permit. We are partnering with our lawyer network to meet our clients' requirements for establishing a firm in Vietnam. In detail, we, as CPAs, CPTAs, and lawyers, persuade clients to work closer with them from the first stage of establishing a legal unit in Vietnam, in order to mitigate tax and commercial problems that may arise in the future.
Lawsuits & Disputes
We collaborate with the company's lawyers to attend client meetings on enterprise, commerce, labor, and tax law to maximize legal profits. Our primary job objective is to thoroughly negotiate litigation before trial.
