Oguz Erkan

Oguz Erkan graduated from Ankara University School of Law in 2020. Upon graduation, he worked in one of the big law firms in Istanbul focusing on Competition Law and Mergers & Acquisitions.

He began his LLM program in UCLA School of Law in 2022. He worked with Prof. Steven Bank and Prof. Stephen Bainbridge, specializing in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions. Upon receiving his LLM degree, he interned in Los Angeles office of an international law firm. Upon completing his internship, he returned to Turkey and found Erkan Attorney Partnership, specializing in navigating startups and small businesses in corporate law transactions including M&A, Competition and Cross-Border Fundraising.

He is fluent in English.
