Have been working at Grandlex Advocates LLP since April 2012 as a lawyer.  During my employment here, I have been responsible for business law matters. My main duty is to advise clients on international trade and investment law, financial law, and securities market regulations issues.

I have published several articles on Financial lease, Factoring, Forfaiting, Franchising, and Contract law issues. These articles were quite new in the field of their proposed sector and have made valuable contributions to both academic and business practice areas. In 2006, I wrote a monograph on Contract law issues with my colleague Ms. Batchuluun Batsukh.

I graduated from the Law school of National University of Mongolia in 1998 and completed my MBA degree at the Handong Global University of South Korea in 2014. I got some valuable experience from those courses, which were conducted over “Management Consultancy Skills” in India, and “International Trade Law” in Hong Kong, and the “Corporate Governance” course in Ulaanbaatar. 

In my previous employment at the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs of Mongolia and Financial Regulatory Commission, I participated in the working group of drafting the Non-banking financial activities law and financial lease law, Credit Union’s law and Driver’s liability compulsory insurance law, and some regulatory procedures of the securities market, and gained much of experience in my professional career.

And also I worked at Polo-Resource LLC and MAC LLC as a lawyer. In those positions, I have been counseling all aspects that relate to legal issues including negotiation and development of contracts, and labor issues, dispute settlements etc.
