He practices general corporate law focusing primarily in the areas of banking, corporate finance, company formation and management, drafting of commercial contracts and litigation. He is responsible for preparation of pleadings and various other court documents and does most of the ground work on research and legal opinions rendered by the Firm in various practice areas.
