As Managing Director of Silver Arrow Consultancy in Dubai, he provides crucial guidance to corporates, family offices, and fintech start-ups navigating commercial litigation, international arbitration, and complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory audits.
Drawing on a decade of courtroom and boardroom experience, Farhan honed his skills first as an associate barrister with Law Valley in Dhaka, and later as a legal associate at Abdulla Al Suwaidi Advocates in the UAE. There, he crafted defense strategies for high-value shareholder and construction disputes and advised on the enforceability of DIFC judgments.
