If a decision is taken by the municipality or by the UWV, for example that your Social Security or Sickness Benefits will be stopped, we can assist you. This is also possible in the event that an administrative sanction is imposed on you. In these objection and appeal procedures, you can often make use of funded legal assistance, popularly known as 'pro deo'. We will always discuss this possibility with you.
