Our office has been specializing in immigration law for almost 30 years. We assist private individuals who are faced with the withdrawal of their residence permit or Dutch passport, the rejection of a visa or naturalization request or the application for (a change of) a residence permit. You can also contact us for appeals against a return decision or entry ban and for assistance during a detention. We also assist entrepreneurs who want to make use of the highly skilled migrant scheme or who are fined under the Foreign Nationals Employment Act.
