Defending Shareholders in High-Stakes Litigation: Andreea played a pivotal role in successfully defending a major shareholder of a pharmaceutical company. The case involved allegations of joint liability for EUR 7 million due to purportedly fraudulent activities leading to the company's insolvency.

Tax Litigation Success: Demonstrating her proficiency in tax-related disputes, Andreea secured a favorable court decision for a VAT refund of EUR 1.5 million. This followed an initial denial by the Tax Authority (ANAF), which was based on allegations of economic offenses involving one of the companies in the transaction chain.
