Indhuja graduated from the University of Liverpool (United Kingdom) in 2015 with a Bachelor of Laws. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2017. She subsequently went on to pursue her Master of Laws, with a specialisation in intellectual property and technology law, under a full academic scholarship from the National University of Singapore.

Indhuja’s main areas of practice are in non-contentious corporate and commercial law as well as intellectual property matters. She started off her legal career at a large Singapore law firm where she has advised corporate clients on an extensive scope of transactions including drafting of commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate finance and compliance matters. In addition, she was working closely with the Singapore Exchange (SGX) advising on post-IPO corporate governance, regulatory, and listing compliance issues.

Thereafter, prior to joining IRB Law, Indhuja was working under the Singapore Legal Service where she served as an Assistant Director (Ministry of Health, Legal Office). She has assisted in the provision of legal advice and the drafting, review and interpretation of a broad spectrum of contracts including but not limited to confidentiality agreements, data sharing agreements, funding agreements, tender documents, services agreements and licensing agreements.

Indhuja strives to work with clients to provide practical and sound legal solutions to ensure their commercial objectives are achieved whilst protecting their legal interests.
