Josephine, a seasoned Business & IP Lawyer, is the Founder of Josie LawCastle. Specializing in business, corporate, and intellectual property law, she holds certifications from prestigious institutions, including the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

As the author of the popular book "The Legal Protections for a Thriving Business", available on Selar.co, and the widely-read LinkedIn newsletter, Business & IP Legal Gist, she continues to share her expertise with hundreds of subscribers. Josephine also serves as a Board Director at Nubytes Technologie Inc, an international tech company.

In addition to her professional achievements, Josephine is a dedicated member of several organizations, including the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), and the Young Lawyers Forum (Past Vice Chairman).

Since being called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017, Josephine has advised clients ranging from startups to multinational corporations on corporate governance, intellectual property, and commercial transactions.
