Mohammad Emrul Kayes

Advocate Mohammad Emrul Kayes completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons.) degree from University of London (UK) in the year 2007. Thereafter in 2009 he successfully obtained Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Human Rights from University of East London (UK). He began his individual practice and he has now been in private practice for over 6 years. Advocate Mohammad Emrul Kayes founded the firm Kayes & Associates in the year 2016. He is an advocate of Supreme Court of Bangladesh and also a member of Supreme Court Bar Association and Dhaka Bar Association. In the course of his legal practice, Mr. Emrul Kayes has

Apart from that he has also gained expertise in company formation (RJSC), Board of Investment (BOI), Patents Designs and Trade Marks (DPDT) registration, VAT, TAX and Copyright registration related formalities and firm’s day to day legal matters that may arise.
