Martin Boskoski attended Law faculty in Skopje – Justinian the First, with a specialization in civil material law. His master’s theme held the topic “General conditions of contracts for insurance of property in the law and practice in the Republic of Macedonia”.
In addition to his education, Martin has working experience that includes an internship at a law office in Skopje, work at an insurance company and work at top tier law firm in Skopje.
Furthermore, he had the opportunity to issue his clients’ legal and consulting support.
In addition to this, Martin has been involved in projects of analysis prior to mergers and acquisitions (legal due diligence), M&A projects, registration and changes of companies in front of the trade registry. Also, he has experience in representation in front of competent courts and government bodies.
