Mr. Le Thanh Kinh – a Vietnamese attorney and solicitor who received his Bachelor of Law degree (LL.B.) and then a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the Kuban State University in Russia in 1988. He is fluent in English and Russian.
He has been in practice for more than 20 years under the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.
