Thevuni Amaradasa leads the IP practice at Legante. She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London and an LL.M in IP and Communications Law from Monash University, Australia. Known for her practical, strategic approach and attention to detail, Thevuni advises local and international clients on trademarks, copyright, design rights, and patents. She is valued for her clarity, responsiveness, and ability to simplify complex legal issues. Her work spans protection, enforcement, and IP due diligence in transactions. Heshika is a legal professional with an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London and a background in corporate law, governance, commercial and employment matters. With extensive experience advising clients across various sectors—from incorporation to liquidation—she also brings financial acumen through her CIMA qualification, enabling practical, business-aligned legal solutions. Her work spans sole proprietorships, partnerships, NGOs, VSSOs, and trusts, and includes M&A, restructuring, compliance, and company secretarial services for diverse industries. Heshika contributes to legal research and publications, and serves on Sri Lanka's Commercial Law Standing Committee and Legal Continuous Professional Development Sub-committee, reflecting her commitment to legal excellence and professional advancement.
