Heshika Rupasinghe

Heshika is a legal professional with an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London and a background in corporate law, governance, commercial and employment matters. With extensive experience advising clients across various sectors—from incorporation to liquidation—she also brings financial acumen through her CIMA qualification, enabling practical, business-aligned legal solutions. Her work spans sole proprietorships, partnerships, NGOs, VSSOs, and trusts, and includes M&A, restructuring, compliance, and company secretarial services for diverse industries.
