He assists in regulatory compliance, contractual disputes, cargo claims, and matters involving carriage by air and sea. His work includes advising on liability issues, freight documentation, and dispute resolution mechanisms, supporting both domestic and international clients operating in transport and logistics sectors.
In commercial litigation, Naqash represents clients before district courts and tribunals in disputes arising from contractual breaches, recovery claims, and regulatory enforcement actions. He contributes to drafting pleadings, preparing legal strategy, and conducting research to ensure robust and effective representation.
Naqash holds a B.E. in Materials Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, an M.E. from the Technical University of Munich, an LLB (2:1) from the University of London, and an Executive MBA in Finance and Investment from Brunel University. His combined background in engineering, finance, and law equips him with a structured, detail-oriented approach and a strong commercial understanding.
