M Legal: Law firm for migration, family and criminal law
The M stands for our major focus on migration, as well as for the office in Munich.
We are lawyers and specialist lawyers with a clear specialization in the three legal areas of migration law , family law and criminal law .
In the frequent interfaces between migration law and criminal law on the one hand and family law and migration law on the other hand, we work closely together and complement each other.
A particular focus is on family residence permits. An example is the right of residence based on marriage. This can be associated with family law peculiarities of binational or intercultural marriages.
For general family law issues (e.g. claims in the event of separation and divorce), we work closely with a specialist family law attorney in our shared office , with whom we have agreed to cooperate.
We can be reached by phone at the times listed on the right. You are also welcome to send us an e-mail to [email protected] outside of telephone hours or use the contact form.
Initial consultation and meeting appointments must be agreed and confirmed in advance.
If you are contacting us for the first time, we have put together some information for you. Please find out more about the initial contact and initial consultation here: German version or English version .
We look forward to working with you and finding good solutions!

Family
Lawyer for family law in Munich
family law and divorce law
Unfortunately, family law means far too often: Extremely emotional conflicts between people who were once very close.
In order to avert major damage in good time, legal advice is required at an early stage, because a lack of knowledge of legal contexts can lead to disputes over alleged facts that are not facts at all. Whether marriage contract, separation and divorce or questions about gain, maintenance, contact and custody - here legal advice is required and always helpful before emotions break free.
This advice should also be obtained early on so that you do not miss any deadlines and thus secure your own legal position as well as possible. Special advice may also include advising clients that it may be wise to clarify any claims that cannot be precisely quantified before filing a lawsuit. This is regularly the case with things in the private sphere. Especially in family law, not only the professional competence of a lawyer is required, but also comprehensive advice based on social skills and a feeling for the emotional situation of the client.
Dispute settlement in court is only due when the opposing party objects to legitimate claims from our clients.
Our range of family law covers all relevant areas. In any case, we recommend that you contact us personally or by e-mail, because only then can we react specifically to your ideas.
Typical family law matters:
- marriage contracts
- Partnership contracts for non-marital partnerships
- divorce
- also foreign divorce law, provided that the local jurisdiction of a German court is given
- equalization of gains
- Disputing co-ownership of land and condominiums
- Divorce agreements, separation agreements
- Maintenance issues (preliminary issues of income determination and asset utilization, calculation of separation maintenance and post-marital spousal maintenance, as well as child maintenance ,
- claims for information under maintenance law
- Custody and Contact Procedures
- Paternity challenges and paternity claims
Criminal Defense
Lawyer criminal law Munich
Anyone accused of a criminal offense is free to make a statement or not to make a statement and to question a defense counsel of his choice at any time, even before his questioning.
Have you been reported?
Did you get a summons from the police?
Has your home been searched?
Did you receive an indictment from the court?
Has a criminal warrant been issued against you?
Remember the two golden rules:
1. Silence!
2. Get advice from a criminal lawyer.
Every criminal proceeding begins with a suspicion. As soon as the investigating authorities become aware of a crime, they initiate an investigation. It is crucial to consult a lawyer as early as possible so that there are no mistakes from the start that may not be able to be corrected later. In the best case, the accusation can be nipped in the bud.
We offer you comprehensive, serious and honest support. Our intention is not to put on a show in court to impress you - that usually doesn't help anyone. We take your situation seriously, work through your case in a legally correct manner and work with you to try to find the best solution for you. Our goal is to give you a fair trial.
Criminal proceedings can be very stressful. We stand by you in this difficult time!
