Osondu Onwubiko

Osondu is the Lead Counsel at Mandel Solicitors. He heads the Corporate and Commercial, and Dispute Resolution practice Teams of the firm.

He provides legal support on high-value transactions for clients such as commercial banks, technology, telecommunication and shipping companies. He regularly advises FinTech clients on regulatory compliance, corporate governance and due diligence in commercial transactions. He also advised a German company on debt recovery in Nigeria and led the dispute resolution team in the successful recovery of the debt sum of €814,127.54 through debt recovery and enforcement actions initiated in court.
