Ala'a Eldden Milhem

Ala'a is a qualified lawyer and a member of the Jordanian Bar Association since 2016.

  Ala'a is a Senior Associate and Head of the corporate and investment team; he has a Bachelor

  degree in law  from Jordan, and he is doing his Master's degree in Corporate  Law from the

  University of Jordan. Ala'a is specialized in Corporate and commercial matters; he is

   highly skilled in drafting legal documentation related to companies' matters, he advises

  multinational and    local   companies in connection with corporate and commercial

  matters including investments aspects .
