Moawiah is a Legal Adviser at the dispute resolution team, he admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association in 2014. He obtained his master’s degree in International Commercial Law from Brunel University London and completed his Bachelor Degree in Law from the University of Jordan.
Moawiah is a committed and creative legal advisor with extensive expertise in working in the public and private sector with proficient knowledge in the fields of Litigation and Arbitration, in addition to the drafting of variety commercial contracts, legal opinion, and general Legal Documents.
Moawiah is highly experienced in contentious and non-contentious commercial and civil disputes mainly in Commercial and constructions matters. He works a legal advisor at one of the leading Law Firm located in Qatar beside his work at Milhem Law Firm.
