Dr. Mohammed Alhashem is a renowned legal authority with nearly 20 years of distinguished experience in the Saudi judiciary and legal advisory sectors. As the Founding Partner of the firm, he brings unmatched expertise in administrative law, judicial systems, and high-level legal strategy.
He previously served as a judge at the Board of Grievances and held prominent advisory roles, including Legal Advisor to the General Secretariat of the Administrative Judiciary Council. His leadership extended further as Secretary of the Jurisdiction Conflict Committee, Head of the General Administration of Judicial Affairs, and Director of the Decision Support Center.
