Nima Abtahi is a Partner at Nami Associates in Tax and Financial Services, bringing over 20 years of experience including in Iranian tax law and financial compliance. Prior to joining Nami Associates, Nima spent six years with PwC in Cyprus and London, followed by three years at Agahan & Co., a top-tier auditing firm affiliated at the time with PwC in Iran. At Nami Associates, he advises a broad range of multinational clients across industries such as food and beverage, agricultural products, telecom, oil & gas, healthcare, automobile, aviation, FMCG, e-commerce, and trading.

Nima specialises in tax structuring, tax litigation, and cross-border financial reporting and compliance, and is widely recognised for guiding clients through complex transactions (including, M&As and commercial contracts) and regulatory challenges in Iran with clarity, precision and commercial awareness.
