Gerald Noah

Mr. Noah is a Lead Advocate of the firm, he holds Bachelor of laws (LLB), Mzumbe University, Masters of laws in Taxation (LLM), University of Dar es Salaam and Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Law School of Tanzania. He has attended several short courses on International Trade and Investment Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Before joining the firm Mr. Noah served in public service as Lawyer and Tutor for seven years. Currently he engages in general practice of the law with a concentration in Corporate and Commercial Law, International Trade and Investment Law and Taxation Law. As an advocate he has substantial experience in litigation and arbitration and handling a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, tax planning, real estate and joint venture commercial developments. He is a member of Tanganyika Law Society (TLS), the Bar Association in Mainland Tanzania and East Africa Law Society (EALS).
