There, he played an instrumental role in prosecution, drafting chargesheets, rebuttals, legal memorandums, and judgment enforcement. Mr. Dorji expanded his arbitration and litigation experience at Nyindha Law Firm, where he worked on significant construction contract disputes and civil litigation cases. His proficiency in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is enhanced by his completion of professional-level courses in mediation and negotiation, allowing him to facilitate peaceful settlements and reduce litigation burdens for clients.
