Tandin Wangchuk

Mr. Tandin Wangchuk is the founding partner and Managing Partner at Nubyul Law, a premier law firm in Bhutan specializing in business law, contract law, and foreign direct investment (FDI). With extensive experience as a legal consultant for international clients, Mr. Wangchuk has played a pivotal role in advising corporations, foreign investors, and enterprises on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and contract negotiations.

A graduate of Jigme Singye Wangchuck School of Law, Mr. Wangchuk holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Postgraduate Diploma in National Law (PGDNL). Since obtaining his bar certificate, he has been at the forefront of providing strategic legal advice for business ventures, public and private contracts, and corporate restructuring projects.
