Brenda Mathenge

Mrs. Brenda Mathenge-Olembo (MCIARb) is a Senior Associate with Nyiha, Mukoma & Company Advocates. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 6 years of post-admission experience and is a Commissioner for Oaths. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the Catholic University of East Africa and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is also a Certified Secretary (CS) with the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya.

She joined Nyiha, Mukoma & Company Advocates in January 2015 for pupillage prior to her admission to the Kenyan bar in January 2016 where she was exposed to various facets of commercial law and commercial litigation law and practice.
Brenda has a wealth of knowledge and experience in commercial law, civil litigation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Her experience also includes advising clients on contractual, commercial, land, environmental, and employment disputes.
