Magdalene Njueini

Ms. Magdalene Njueini is an Associate at the firm of Nyiha Mukoma & Company Advocates and an advocate of the High Court of Kenya having been admitted to the Bar in May 2022. She holds an L.L.B(Hons) from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

Ms. Magdalene joined the firm of Nyiha Mukoma & Company Advocates in July 2019 as a legal trainee and thereafter undertook her pupillage at the firm in 2021.
Magdalene is currently undertaking her Certified Secretaries course, having successfully completed both the foundational and intermediate levels of the Certified Secretaries professional course.
Magdalene works at the Companies’ Department of the firm which provides company secretarial services. She also has interests in Family law and succession, corporate and commercial law, and employment. At the firm, she has handled various matters in the Succession Planning, Commercial Litigation, and Employment Departments.
