Yevgenii – is an attorney who has been representing clients in dispute resolutions at national courts for ten years and defending clients in criminal cases.
Main areas of Yevgen’s expertise include civil proceedings, commercial and administrative proceedings, bankruptcy procedure and enforcement of courts’ decisions. He also deals with criminal cases, in particular, defends clients from criminal charges in economic and related to public service crimes (i.e. white-collar crimes).
Yevgenii has significant experience in advising Ukrainian and foreign companies on various issues of civil law, property law, business law, corporate law, banking law and aviation law. He also advises clients on debt collection, including through mortgage foreclosure and debt collection under surety agreements.
