Oikonomakis Christos has an extensive international presence, being registered as a European Bar in multiple jurisdictions, namely in the Bar Associations of Düsseldorf (Germany), Paris (France), Barcelona (Spain), Brussels (Belgium), Sofia (Bulgaria), Cyprus and Malta.


In addition, he is registered as a Foreign Lawyer in the United Kingdom (London), Australia (Melbourne) and Israel (Tel Aviv).


He is a Lawyer at the Supreme Court and the Council of State, a member of the Piraeus Greece Bar Association and an accredited mediator according to Law 4640/2019, as well as a Lawyer registered with the Bucharest Bar Association, Romania.


At the same time, he is a member of international legal organizations, including the International Bar Association (IBA), the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA), the European Lawyers' Union (U.A.E.) and the American Bar Association (ABA – International Section).


He speaks English and Greek.


He specializes in national and cross-border disputes, dispute resolution and complex multi-jurisdictional cases, often taking on the role of lead counsel in international commercial disputes, corporate conflicts, claims cases, enforcement proceedings and high-value cases that require a coordinated legal strategy between different legal systems and in particular in:

He has significant experience in complex litigation spanning multiple jurisdictions, including international commercial disputes, corporate conflicts, and high-value cases. He assumes the role of Lead Legal Counsel or Coordinating Advisor, managing strategies of multi-jurisdictional litigation in collaboration with local lawyers where required.


C. Real Estate, Investments & Residence Permits


He advises international investors on buying, selling, and structuring real estate investments, with particular expertise in residency by investment programs, including Golden Visa programs. Services include due diligence, transaction structure, and ongoing asset management support.


D. Banking, Financial & Regulatory Law


It provides legal support in financial transactions, debt restructurings, and enforcement proceedings, as well as regulatory compliance issues, including AML/KYC frameworks. At the same time, he advises on fintech, payment services and cross-border financial activities.
