Prof. Dr Abdulla ALIU

🇬🇧 Dr. Avdulla Aliu, has a wide experience of half a century as a lawyer, codifier and researcher of law, mainly in civil law. In addition to his pedagogical life, he was also a deputy in the Assembly of North Macedonia for the period 1998–2022 and as a member of the Laws Committee during this mandate. During 2000, he worked as a Legal Advisor in the Department of Legal Affairs of UNMIK, the Interim Civil Administration. Currently a professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Prishtina and a lawyer at Studio Petani Law & Tax, in Prishtina, part of the staff of Studio Ligjore Petani.
Very good knowledge of Serbo-Croatian and Macedonian. Author and co-author of a number of legal studies in the field of civil law, property, family, obligations and copyright.

🇮🇹 Il Dott. Avdulla Aliu vanta una vasta esperienza di mezzo secolo come avvocato, codificatore e ricercatore in ambito giuridico, principalmente in diritto civile. Oltre alla sua attività didattica, è stato anche deputato all'Assemblea della Macedonia del Nord nel periodo 1998-2022 e membro della Commissione Giurisprudenza durante questo mandato. Nel 2000 ha lavorato come Consulente Legale presso il Dipartimento Affari Giuridici dell'UNMIK, l'Amministrazione Civile ad Interim. Attualmente è professore presso la Facoltà di Giurisprudenza dell'Università di Pristina e avvocato presso lo Studio Petani Law & Tax di Pristina, membro dello staff dello Studio Ligjore Petani. Ottima conoscenza del serbo-croato e del macedone. Autore e coautore di numerosi studi giuridici in materia di diritto civile, proprietà, diritto di famiglia, obbligazioni e diritto d'autore.
