Emilio Cornejo Vernaza

Emilio Cornejo Vernaza is an attorney based in Panama City, Panama, he is one of the founding partners of Panama Global Solutions, a law firm founded in 2008 in Panama City with more than 25 combined years of experience in several fields of law, including 10 years in immigration law. The firm has helped thousands of clients from the United States, Canada, Europe and Latin America get permanent residency permits in Panama.
In addition to his law practice, Cornejo Vernaza is an active lecturer at immigration and investment conferences. He has traveled to Vienna, Frankfurt, Herford, Leipzig, Miami, Bogota, Medellin, Caracas, Maracaibo, Puerto Ordaz and Madrid to give presentations.
He specialized in immigration, international commercial, tax and real estate law.
Cornejo Vernaza passed the Panama bar in 2005. He is also a licensed real estate broker and Realtor.
He is a graduate of the University of Panama, where he earned a law and political science degree and was a member of student law associations. In 2006, Vernaza earned his LL.M. degree in international commercial and trade law from VU University Amsterdam, where he studied securities regulation, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, accounting and other fields.
In addition to his native language of Spanish, Cornejo Vernaza is fluent in English.
