Managing Partner
Pisut is the Founder and Managing Partner of Pisut & Partners. His main areas of practice are dispute resolution, corporate, insolvency and restructuring, trade competition, labour & employment, insurance, administrative and white-collar criminal matters. Pisut has extensive experience in Thai court proceedings, as well as in arbitrations under the ICC and TAI rules.
Prior to establishing Pisut & Partners, Pisut was the Litigation Partner at Silk Legal, an international law firm based in Bangkok, where he was a key driver of new business to the firm. Previously, as Managing Partner of Jus Laws & Consult, an independent Bangkok law firm, Pisut was engaged in building their litigation department and improving firm management.
From 2010 to 2015, Pisut was the Chief Litigator at Price Sanond Prabhas & Wynne (formerly known as “Deacons”), where he handled major litigation and arbitration matters, as well as providing legal advice in various fields relevant to his domestic and international corporate clients.
From 2003 – 2010, Pisut held a partnership role at Rapeepat Public Law Office, where he handled many civil and commercial disputes in the Thai courts as well as arbitration matters.

Wayu is a Partner of Pisut & Partners. Wayu is widely experienced in advising on all company law matters, including acquisitions and disposals of businesses and companies, investments by the majority and minority shareholders, as well as senior management. Wayu has designed and implements domestic and multinational corporate group structures to meet client requirements. He also advises on corporate governance and compliance matters, including directors’ statutory and fiduciary duties, investment promotion (BOI), factories, warehouses, industrial estates, zoning, environmental and chemical regulations, real estate, labour, transport, hospitality and exchange control issues. From time to time when required, Wayu assists corporate clients in conducting internal compliance investigations and audits by working closely with foreign counsel and internal legal departments of multinational corporations.

Yutthana is an Of Counsel of Pisut & Partners. He regularly advising Samitivej Hospitals, Prime Nature Group of Companies, a number of listed companies, and other Thai and international clients on all aspect of corporate and commercial law, including but not limited to dispute resolution.
Yutthana specializes in dispute resolution and has extensive experience in medical malpractice and white-collar crime. Prior to joining the firm, he was a special counsel of Samitivej Hospitals where he handled many civil and commercial for its operation for the medical industry. Prior to that from 2003 – 2017, he was a senior litigation lawyer of Rapeepat Public Law Office where he handled many civil and commercial disputes in the Thai courts and arbitrations. Before joining Rapeepat Public Law Office, he was an associate of Anajak Law Office Limited from 2000 until 2003.
