Law Degree from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and Master LL.M from New York University, New York, USA.
From 2001 to 2011 he was Adjunct Professor in Insurance Law in the degree course in Economic Law at the University of Padua. Since 2023 he is Adjunct Professor in Innovation Law in the degree course in Economics at the University of Verona, Vicenza Branch.
He is a member of the Vicenza Bar Association and the New York State Bar.
After working in a boutique firm in the USA and in some of the leading Italian law firms, he mainly deals with M&A transactions (national and cross-border), extraordinary transactions, corporate law, national and international business contracts, investments abroad and from abroad in Italy and bankruptcy law (also as a receiver).
He is a member of numerous international bar associations and holds top positions in various Committees of the American Bar Association.
He is also the author of numerous publications and articles and is often called upon as a moderator and lecturer at legal conferences.
