Mohammad AlShobaki
Head of Dispute Resolution
Mohammad is the Head of Dispute Resolution at Qaanon with over 12 years of experience working as a Judge at different courts throughout Jordan as well as a Public Prosecutor at the Public Prosecution Office in Jordan. He received his LLB from Jordan University and two LLMs in International Intellectual Property Law from Brunel University in London, England and in International Relations & Diplomatic Studies from the University of Jordan and University of Southern Denmark.
In previous firms, Mohammed played a crucial role in the growth and development of the litigation department, where he advised on cross jurisdiction matters, extradition and white-collar crime cases, like anti-money laundering, corruption, fraud and embezzlement. He has additionally worked on redrafting various laws, including taxation, company laws, etc., throughout the MENA region, mainly in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Jordan. He is also a member of arbitration tribunals in Jordan and the region.
