Sorina Homitchi

Sorina is a Managing Partner and Founder of Romanian Advocacy team. Acting as a lawyer registered within Bucharest Bar since 2018 and as legal counsellor since 2014, she focuses her expertise in immigration and employment law, with a particular emphasis on legal representation with the authorities and in administrative proceedings.

Sorina assists foreign and domestic companies with a full spectrum of immigration issues, as well as commercial matters, including day-to-day business activities in Romania.

Being dedicated to innovate solutions for each case, she is a hard working attorney, always trying to give her best when looking for solutions in challenging issues. 

Sorina has extensive expertise dealing with the whole range of immigration issues, such as obtaining A1 certificate for companies, work permits, digital nomad visas, residence permits, short term visas (tourism, medical, sports, business, cultural activities), long stay visas (labor, study, business, family reunification), renewal and extension of the residence right, political asylum and the Romanian citizenship, as well as assistance and representation before the competent authorities and courts of law in all immigration issues.

Over the years, Sorina had an important role in the incorporation and helping out foreign companies to set up and extend their activity in Romania and securing foreign nationals' individual rights.
