Despite overwhelming evidence against my client, I managed to convince the judge that such evidence is not enough for a finding of guilt beyond reasonable doubt, which led to my client's acquittal.

Despite the prosecution's evidence consisting of CCTV footage capturing my client's felonious act, the case ended in an amicable settlement. When initially the private complainant was firm in refusing the offer of amicable settlement by my client as he resolved to put my client behind bars to teach her a lesson, he later changed his mind when I focused my argument in my pleadings to the lapses in the conduct of my client's arrest and imprisonment. I convinced the private complainant that if he continues with the case, it will ultimately be dismissed by the court on constitutional and procedural grounds. He then signed a compromise agreement with my client, which led to the dismissal of the case.
Civil Litigation
In my previous employment with NGCP, I was personally involved in the preparation of complaints for expropriation of lands and actively participated in court proceedings. Since I am no longer connected with NGCP, I can use my experience in this kind of case to defend the interest of the landowners whose lands are being expropriated for public purposes.
