He completed his Law degree at Europen University Of Lefke. He holds certificates of expertise in various fields. He was a candidate for the 28th Term Member of Parliament. He serves as a founding attorney at TURAN & KARAKOÇ Law Partnership. KARAKOÇ primarily provides consultancy services and litigation follow-up in criminal law, private law, and enforcement law. He possesses a good command of English. He is working on publishing an original work (book) in the field of Information Law.
