Haldun Barış

Haldun Barış was born in 1996 in Elazığ, Turkey. He graduated from  Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2020. During his university years, he participated in various training programs held by several think tank organizations and coordinated multiple projects. In 2019, he won first place in an essay competition organized by the Freedom Research Association (LDT), and in 2021, he won third place in another essay competition organized by the same institution. In 2020, he prepared and coordinated a PR project for the Taiwan Economic and Cultural Mission.

His main areas of interest include commercial and corporate law, contract law, compliance processes, digitalization and IT law, tax law, citizenship law, PR and lobbying, finance, and financial mathematics. Attorney Haldun Barış has organized investments of many foreign companies in Turkey, completed their incorporation and compliance processes, and provided consultancy services. In the field of corporate law, he handles cases related to general assemblies, company dissolutions, trademarks, receivables, and mergers. He also represents foreign individuals, primarily of Russian, Persian, and Chinese origin, in various legal matters. In addition, he provides tax consultancy services to many foreign individuals and entities.

Regularly writing articles and essays for various platforms, Attorney Haldun Barış also holds active roles in several NGOs. He speaks intermediate English and beginner-level Persian and Russian, and is currently continuing his language education in English and Russian.
